I don't think patrons of the farmers market always believed Anna was doing the field work when she was selling at the markets. This year we will post pictures at our booth to show she can carry a child and cultivate. Pieter should know how to hoe a row by kindergarten.
I absolutely love this picture! Anna you remind me of the strong women in S. Africa who would have their children strapped to their backs with sheets and continue maintaining the status quo for their families. Pieter is blessed to have you modeling the importance of keeping families together--both physically and through livelihood. Cheers to you Mama!
